Deliveries will only be made to a place where there is a hard surface near to the site. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the unloading of goods with his own labour and without undue delay.

Please consider the following when arranging delivery:-

  • Is there suitable access for the delivery vehicle avoiding narrow lanes, low bridges and overhanging tree branches?
  • Do you have a safe and legal space for the vehicle to park while unloading?
  • Will there be willing and able helpers where the goods are to be offloaded manually?
  • Is there a forklift on site for deliveries of large orders?

It is the Buyers responsibility to check that all such matters are in place and in order to effect safe delivery.

Please check the packaging of goods to ensure no damage has occurred to the Goods in transit and inform us immediately so that we may inform the carriers.
